Hard Skills

  • We are looking for someone who is process driven and deeply understands financial and administrative management for outsourced technology services companies with operations in the U.S. and LATAM.
  • You have 7+ years experience managing administrative functions focusing on finance & accounting, financial planning, budget control, tax reporting, business insights & reporting, revenue cycle management, facilities management, procurement, and general oversight of administrative back office/shared services.
  • You have experience ensuring compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations, and can represent the company to customers,  independent auditors, regulators, and service providers.
  • You have a history of being highly effective at integrating people and technology to deliver results and accomplish objectives.
  • You have supported the establishment of “bottoms up” financial, operational, and administrative KPI reporting systems that enable leadership to make better decisions (i.e. balance score card, MBOs dashboard, etc.).
  • You’re able and willing to travel abroad.
  • You’re fluent in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus)
