Your Mission 

You will be working with a platform-as-a-service (PaaS) enterprise service management software that specializes in IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM) and IT Business Management (ITBM) applications and provides forms-based workflow application development.

Your day to day will consist on developing project plan components (time, cost, quality, risk, etc.) with input from client team members, document and manage issues including escalating issues that require management attention (Fruition and/or client) and monitor and control the project from initiation through closure including reporting progress and status regularly..

 

You will face clients from different cultures and ensure their experience is exceptionally positive, develop your English proficiency skills, learn how to engage customers and become a trusted advisor, manage your own time, improve your attention to detail, learn how to solve complex problems and gain professional empowerment.

Requirements:

  • Software engineer, technician, technologist or related Education Certificate.
  • Prince 2, SCRUM Master or PMP Certifications are a BIG plus. 
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience  working in Project Management for ServiceNow or other technologies or ITSM tools..
  • ServiceNow Certifications are a big plus (Don't have it? Don't worry, Novo/Scale will train you and sponsor it)
  • Experience working in Bilingual Environments.
  • Ability to develop new knowledge.
  • Organized & Excellent time management skills.
  • Willingness to share knowledge and assist teammates.
