Sr. Talent Acquisition Analyst


 

Novo/Scale is looking for highly skilled Talent Acquisition Analyst to join our HR Team. Are you In?

We are currently serving over 200 enterprise clients and we are growing fast across Latin America, expecting to double our headcount year over year!

To drive our growth we are looking for a seasoned talent acquisition analyst to join our team by partnering in leading our Latin America expansion strategy. The main responsibilities include:

Manage end to end talent acquisition cycle: from sourcing, interviewing to negotiating efforts.
Become a key stakeholder and thoughtful partner to our leadership team by helping shape the talent acquisition roadmap, mitigating risks and providing visibility of progress
Partner with external and 3rd party vendors to ensure we are delivering on our talent acquisition growth in a timely manner, whilst remaining cost effective
Run talent acquisition events to attract the best talent, build company presence and talent pipelines.
Partner with the rest of the talent acquisition team and marketing and communications in reinforcing our company brand positioning
Execute headhunting, talent sourcing and networking strategies

What we are looking for?

At least 4/6 years experience in managing high volume recruiting processes in fast paced and high growth technology companies
Solid potential for growth as we expand our presence in Latin America
Great planning and communication skills to make sure we are delivering on our strategy.
Creative and scalable thinker ready to design a top of line talent acquisition approach in partnership with the team that makes sure we are scaling our way of operating.
Experience in leading regional expansion within Latin America (desirable)
Data analytics and systemic thinking: understanding the implications of talent acquisition for the rest of the HR strategy and workforce planning efforts
Bachelor degree in HR, business administration, communications, psychology or similar.
Advanced English proficiency.
