Your Mission 

The Sales Executive will be responsible for building and growing sales in North America.  Working closely with the VP of Sales to find new clients and expand current revenue.  You will be responsible for creating, managing, and delivering on your specific Sales Executive plan to help meet overall company goals. 

Your day to day will consist in:

  •  Builds and establishes a professional working relationship with the client’s C-Level executives developing an understanding of the specific business needs of the client
  • Achieves new bookings and new logo’s through IT services providers and/or directly from Enterprises
  • Identify new accounts and introduce our company value proposition to key decision makers
  • Fosters strong communications, business, and technical acumen paired with solid partnerships to consistently exceeding sales quotes
  • Develops and builds network/pipeline of clients
  • Owns/builds account management plans
  • Focuses on deals/opportunities by selling a range of NovoScale Solutions
  • Participates in development of sales strategy and individual sales plan
  • Maintains high-level of customer loyalty (retention)
  • Responsible for pipeline and forecast discipline
  • Analyzes and understands win/loss results for assigned accounts
  • Works closely with delivery resources to ensure quality hand-off and client experience
  • Works closely with the marketing team on net new pipeline development activities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred or Equivalent Experience.
  • 2 years+ experience selling Cloud solutions to System Integrators and Direct Customers
  • Develop and utilize professional account management tools and follow up procedures
  • Represent a high growth firm with the finest reputation and with great success stories
  • Perform complex sales by clearly defining best business solutions, developing strategies and execution of plans and utilizing business models.
  • Customer focused with a strong technical knowledge
  • Deep knowledge and passion for enterprise SaaS apps, IaaS, and PaaS.
  • Fluent in English (Spanish and Portuguese are a plus)
  • ITIL or Any ServiceNow Certifications a plus
